Bristle Ridge

Stayed here for 4N5D. Great view. Paid Php350 for parking space per day. Near Pacdal Church, heard the Church bells and daily prayers. Very near Wright Park, Pink Sisters and Good Shepherd. Lots of one way streets so travel time going to Bristle Ridge is longer during busy hours. It's a quiet place. So nice to observe the quietude of the city during the wee hours of the morning.

We recently stayed at Bristle Ridge Residences, and our experience was a mixed bag. The location and the overall ambiance of the place held promise, but several issues with the furnishings dampened our enthusiasm. Upon settling into our unit, we encountered some safety and convenience concerns. The dining chairs, which are integral to comfort, were not only worn out but also structurally compromised. This fact was unsettlingly brought to our attention when one collapsed as my wife sat down, which could have resulted in a serious accident. We were thankful that she was unharmed, but this incident was definitely a red flag regarding the maintenance of the furniture within the unit. In addition to the chairs, we faced further disappointment with the kitchen appliances. Essential items like the electric kettle and stove were inoperative, which significantly inconvenienced our stay. The ability to prepare a hot drink or a simple meal is a basic expectation of such accommodations, and on this account, Bristle Ridge Residences fell short. On a positive note, the host was quite responsive to our concerns. They were prompt in their communication and seemed genuinely concerned about the issues we raised. Unfortunately, despite their responsiveness, the broken items were not replaced during our stay, leaving us unable to fully utilize the amenities we had paid for. The lack of timely resolution was a letdown and something that could be improved upon. In summary, while the potential for a great stay at Bristle Ridge Residences is there, our experience was marred by overlooked details in maintenance that had a direct impact on our comfort and safety. We would encourage the management to invest in thorough inspections and timely updates to amenities to ensure future guests do not encounter similar inconveniences.

Very clean,spacious and quiet. A good location and a fairly short drive from the city centre. The only thing I will say is that soke of the Taxi Drivers are not very friendly or helpful at all. Bordering on ignorance and downright rudeness at times. Not appreciated as I am disabled. I am just lucky that I have a wonderful partner caring and looking out for me. Apparently it is part of the culture here according to him. Much more friendly in Manila,Cebu and Boracay!

No electricity for our 2 days stay. Disappointing because they didn't include the rooms in their generator. Their generator only powered the lobby, cafe and elevator. Most of our room amenities weren't used. Cafe used a knock-off espresso machine because their good espresso machine is broken. It took time to steam the milk. Waited for more than an hour for our food to be served and in the end the waitress didn't give our order to the kitchen. I opted to refund. The place looks great and the rooms were comfy with complete amenities.
